Molzan, is a classically trained chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. His restaurant
features creative southwestern cuisine with influences from California, France and Latin America. Molzan believes in supporting
the community by buying from local farmers and markets and has worked hard for 25 years to evolve Ruggles Grill to its organic,
natural and fresh style.
